I am REALLY scared....

    I am REALLY scared....

    about my husbands courtdate Thursday. We were pulled over in VA and his licence had come back suspended. It was this whole big mess, a year ago we had payed a bunch of $$ to VA to clear everything and apparently it didn't cover this one ticket so we got screwed, big time. Of course we took care of it as soon as we found out but it's too late. We have all our paperwork for Thurday..but the fact is, he was indited (sp) on Driving while suspended charges and the fact is..whether we knew or not, he was.

    In VA, it's a class 1 misdemeanor and he could go to jail for up to a year. I know this won't happen...and I have gone onto the courts website and a lot of people get a huge fine and 60 days with 50 or something suspended. I am terrified my DH will be in jail for even a few days. I stay home with our 2 children,..he is the breadwinner....

    And as if that wasn't bad enough...it's the Thursday before Our baby girl's very first Easter. She is 2 1/2 months old.

    Of course we could not afford a lawyer so it's just my hubby who can try to explain this mess.

    Any prayers, thoughts, good vibes, anything would be SO appreciated. I love this man and I cannot stand the thought of my family not being together.

    Anyone ever dealt with anything like this???

        i've had some very strange things happen with court systems so you just hang in there and have faith it will work out for the best.

                  Well today I am on edge. Court is at 1pm tomorrow. My stpmach is in knots, I am nervous, nausous, and I want tomorrow to be over with. I can hardly eat anything...and whatever I can get down...it's a battle to keep it there. I have never been so scared in my life.

                  I am hoping and praying for an understanding judge. One that can understand us and maybe, just maybe he can be home for Easter, Please God.

                  Please pray for my family right now. That's all their is left to do at this point....just wait and pray.

                  I will update everyone tomorrow afternoon as soon as I know the outcome.
