    Some weeks ago Rich agreed to post a signature picture of himself in shorts and no shirt. He agreed provided I posted wearing cycling kit.

    I promised to comply by Easter, and have.

    Atkins is very clear about exercise - it is non-negotiable. I started by walking, then took to swimming. When the local pool closed I took up cycling after a gap of 25 years!

    The results you see.

    "On your bike" is an expression known to Brits - coined by a right wing politician in Margaret Thatcher's days - Norman Tebbit.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
