Psychology- Adoption Agency

I live in Miami, and I'm currently attending college to get my degree in psychology. However, right now I am a certified paralegal. My goal is to work in an adoption agency. I would love to be a part of such a rewarding career. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone here knows of how I can get into the field. I have looked online for jobs in the adoption field but I can't find any. Please...any suggestions?

how about going to an adoption agency in your area and asking them.....best place to go for the answers is where the questions begin
