One of the banner ads I see here a lot is for liquid splenda. The thing is, "Splenda", of course, is a brand name for the sweetener called sucralose. So the company that runs the ad can’t actually use the word “Splenda” they get around it though, the ad says:

“Real Liquid Splnda

Pure Liquid Sucralose. Zero Carbs We Have Liquid Splnda here.”

I wonder if dropping the E is enough of a variation that they can't be sued. =)
