    Drink And Girls!!!

    Now, I can drinks pints of Jack Daniels and Diet Coke and it hardly affects me at all, but half a bottle of champagne and I'm absolutely slaughtered. The room is spinning and all that goes with that.

    What's your fave alco drink and what drink can you not handle?

    Oh gosh my all-time favorite is a margarita. Not one of those crappy ones from a mix, but the real deal with Jose Cuervo, lime juice, triple sec. No salt please! SIGH, but I haven't had a margarita since I've been on Atkins.

    My favorite Atkins-friendly drink is whiskey and soda. I like Basil Heyden's, Knob Creek, and Pendleton whiskeys. A favorite shot of mine is a Mexican Thanksgiving. It's Tequila and Wild Turkey. People just shake their heads in disbelief that I love those things.

    Oddly enough, red wine seems to do me in. I think because it's easy to drink a lot of it, and before I know it I'm rosy-cheeked and feeling frisky.

      Pendleton knocks me 3 sheets to the wind, but beer is just a teaser, while wine makes me flaky. Of course, I've abstained from any of these since....well, I think it was Valentines Day.

        I can drink bottles of vodka and DC and it never seems to affect me...
        Wine doesnt seem toooooo bad, im still in ketosis the next day but it seems my body finds wine harder to burn off as i never lose much weight on the wine weeks...

        My favourite drink has to be a cheeky vimto (port and a blue wkd{dont know why i told you that as you dont have them in the states}), but theyre laden with sugar so its bein about 6 weeks since ive had one!

          I'm a cheap date....give me 2 tablespoons of Nyquil and I pass out for 12 hours straight.
          I'm not much of a drinker anymore....when I was young it was LI Iced tea and I drank them so much the bartender called them Tammy Teas....I insisted on cherries on the bottom of the glass to soak up the extra alcohol....can't let a drop go to waste
