        Just heard on the radio that she's back in jail. Guess the judge figured she wasn't ill enough to be let out.

          LOL... Part of me is glad that she had to go back..because it proves a point.. But if it was me I would be acting just like her...having a nervous breakdown

            Exactly my thoughts! If it was someone I knew personally I would rather see them serve house arrest but it just seems like she was getting the special treatment for being a celebrity.

              She did have that reality show "Simple Life" with Nicole Richie. You can't pick up one of those star magazine/movie magazines without seeing her picture in it.

                What grinds my gears is how she keeps saying how sorry she is and how she has learned her lesson. She isn't a bit sorry she did any of it. She's only sorry she got caught.

                      Yeah, tough love... If she were my kid, I would definately be worried about her in jail...there are some mean mean mean girls in there who would love to hurt her just for the notoriety. I hope she doesn't get beat up or murdered. She may be a spoiled brat, but she's somebody's spoiled brat and I bet they love her... rich or not. Jails are a dangerous place for a celebrity. Personally, I feel sorry for her and hope she is alright. I'll bet she is really sorry and she's crying her eyes out. Maybe it's what she needs, call me a softy... but we need safer jails. I sure would never want to be in one. (for some reason I always root for the underdog...)

                        Liz...I am sure they are protecting her in jail.. they already said she had her own cell... I am sure she is monitored WAY more then anyone...for her protection.. I always go for the underdog too thinking they could change..and hopefully after staying in there longer she will learn her lesson that Money can't buy you freedom..

                          I agree with what you are saying, my son has spent a night in jail (or holding cell) I should say and it tore my world apart with worry. However, I think it made a good statement for him and set his world straight with priority. Paris was offered to go to "Pay Jail" and she turned it down. Here is an excerpt from article describing her jail cell.~~~~~~~~



                          She also was given her first meal: cereal, bread and juice.

                          So far, Hilton does not have a cellmate, Whitmore said.

                          The "Simple Life" star will be housed in the "special needs" unit of the 13-year-old jail, separate from most of its 2,200 inmates. The unit contains 12 two-person cells reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates.

                          Like other inmates in that unit, Hilton will take her meals in her cell and will be allowed outside the 12-foot-by-8-foot space for at least an hour each day to shower, watch TV in the day room, participate in outdoor recreation or talk on the telephone. No cell phones or BlackBerrys are permitted in the facility, even for visitors.

                          The jail, a two-story concrete building next to train tracks and beneath a bustling freeway, has been an all-female facility since March 2006. It's located in an industrial area about five miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles.

                          "I did have a choice to go to a pay jail," Hilton said Sunday, without giving details. "But I declined because I feel like the media portrays me in a way that I'm not and that's why I wanted to go to county, to show that I can do it and I'm going to be treated like everyone else. I'm going to do the time, I'm going to do it the right way." When she was sentenced May 4, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled that she would not be allowed any work release, furloughs or use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail.
