Cathy, the funny thing about you posting for the guests (lurkers) to join us if that you did it in chit chat which is not available to guests. You have to be a member to get to chit chat. Bring it out into the the Main board and make it a sort of a challenge. Another feature they are missing out on is "New Posts" which makes reading the board so much easier.
