    THEY SAY THAT EVERY DAY, TO MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH, YOU MUST EAT ONE APPLE.…AND ONE BANANA(BECAUSE OF POTASSIUM).

    ALSO YOU HAVE TO EAT 1 ORANGE TO GET ENOUGH VITAMIN C….AND DRINK ONE CUP OF GREEN TEA (WITHOUT SUGAR FOR DIABETES PREVENTION) TO LOWER YOUR CHOLESTEROL…..

    EVERY DAY YOU MUST DRINK AT LEAST 10 GLASSES OF WATER (YES, DRINKING IT DOUBLES THE TIME YOU USED TO SPEND IN THE BATHROOM ).

    EVERY DAY YOU SHOULD TAKE ONE YOGHURT TO SUPPLY YOURSELF WITH ALL GOOD BACTERIALS, NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE, BUT IF YOU DON'T EAT AT LEAST ONE MILLION OF THOSE BACTERIALS, YOU'LL SEE THE DEVIL….

    EVERY DAY YOU MUST TAKE SOME GOOD MEDICINE TO PREVENT HEART ATTACK, ONE GLASS OF RED WINE ALSO AGAINST HEART ATTACK AND ONE GLASS OF WHITE WINE FOR YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM...AND ONE GLASS OF BEER, CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT FOR…..
    THERE IS A CHANCE , WHEN YOU DRINK ALL THAT, TO HAVE A STROKE, BUT DON'T WORRY YOU WON'T NOTICE….
    EVERY DAY YOU SHOULD EAT FOOD THAT CONTAINS ENOUGH FIBER.. IN FACT PLENTY OF IT….YOU WILL END UP SPENDING LOT OF TIME IN THE BATHROOM…..YOU KNOW WHY.

    YOU NEED TO EAT 4-6 SMALLER MEALS DAILY, NEVER FORGETTING TO CHEW EVERY BITE 100 TIMES. THAT MEANS THAT ONLY FOR EATING YOU NEED 5 HOURS A DAY….

    AND YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO WASH YOUR TEETH PROPERLY AFTER EVERY MEAL, EVEN AFTER THAT APPLE, BANANA AND YOGHURT, DON'T FORGET TO USE DENTAL FLOSS……
    WHILE BEING IN BATHROOM YOU COULD CLEAN IT, MAYBE PUT CD PLAYER OR TV IN IT, CONSIDERING ALL LISTED SEEMS LIKE YOU'RE GONNA BE SPENDING SOME TIME IN THERE….
    YOU HAVE TO SLEEP 8 AND WORK 8 HOURS A DAY, ADDING THAT TO THOSE 5 HOURS YOU WILL SPEND ON HEALTHY EATING MAKES IT 21. SO YOU'RE LEFT WITH 3 HOURS A DAY….

    ACCORDING TO STATISTIC, WE WATCH TV 3 HOURS A DAY. NOW YOU CAN'T DO THAT ANYMORE, CAUSE YOU HAVE TO WALK 1/2 HOUR A DAY ( LITTLE ADVICE: AFTER 15 MINUTES TURN BACK, CAUSE IF YOU DON'T, 1/2 HOUR TURNS TO ONE HOUR).
    YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF FRIENDSHIPS, THEY ARE LIKE PLANTS…..WITHIN ALL MENTIONED YOU MUST BE WELL IMFORMED AND READ AT LEAST TWO DAILY AND FEW WEEKLY NEWSPAPERS, YOU KNOW TO BUILD YOUR ATTITUDE AND CRITICISM..…YOU SHOULD HAVE SEX EVERY DAY, WITHOUT FALLING INTO ROUTINE: MUST BE CREATIVE,INNOVATIVE…SEDUCTIVE. ALL THAT TAKES TIME….NOT TO MENTION TANTRIC SEX.
    YOU NEED TO SPEND SOME TIME IN NATURE, FOR LOUNDRY, FLOOR AND DISHES CLEANING, NOT TO MENTION ALL THINGS YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR PET….

    FOR EVERYTHING LISTED YOU WILL WE NEED 29 HOURS DAILY.

    THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS TO DO SEVERAL THINGS AT THE SAME TIME:

    FOR EXAMPLE,TAKE SHOWER IN COLD WATER WITH YOUR MOUTH OPENED-THAT WAY YOU'LL DRINK WATER YOU NEED. WHILE GETTING OUT OF THE BATHROOM WITH YOUR TOOTHBRUSH IN YOUR MOUTH, HAVE SEX ( TANTRIC ) WITH YOUR PARTNER WHO WATCHES TV AND READS NEWSPAPERS,TRY TO GET IN POSITION TO CLEAN FLOOR EASILY…..

    HAVE ONE HAND FREE ? CALL A FRIEND! OR RELATIVE! DRINK WINE ( YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY NEED IT AFTER THAT CONVERSATION )…

    I MUST SAY BYE-BYE, 'CAUSE BETWEEN APPLE,BANANA,10 GLASSES OF WATER,BEER,WINE AND THIRD MEAL,I DON'T KNOW WHAT I NEED ANYMORE, BUT I KNOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM.

    OH I HOPE NOT TO FORGET TO CLEAN MY TEETH AT THE SAME TIME.

    I started Atkins: May 29th
    Breast: 90-90-90cm
    Waist: 78-72-66cm
    Hips: 94-87-87cm
    Body type:5' 2" inches (159cm)
    I dont think I want to lose more weight, just complete correctly the phases. I LOVE ATKINS!

      LOL that's hilarious..and so true! I love the list of foods they say we should eat 'every day' if we did, there would be no time for anything else!
