I almost went into a serious meltdown of that d&^& scale..I am an experienced Atkiner..I know better than to let daily flucuations get the better of me...but I freaked out for a moment...
until..
I realized its not the scale, its the fact that I am so good at controlling every other aspect of my life except my weight..I cant will the &&&& thing to move..I just have to keep my focus...
So my advice to myself is to relax..give myself permission to not freak out..to be within a few pds whether up or down of my goal weight..and just to keep this WOL..the alternative is not an option!
