      Oh crikey - I've heard this argument so many times at uni in York....people get all obessed with who says 'cassle' and who says 'carsle' for castle, etc.

      I don't have much of an accent - at least, I would say that I guess

        Same with me in a way Alexa. I dont live far from Bath. Which opens up the debate on how people pronounce that.

          I say barth, carsle, sugar p-arfs (my Manc friend says sugar poofs, ). Ok that sounds to posh. I don't say 'ears' for yes or anthing like that

                I must be a bit strange, I say Barth and Cassle.

                But I have been told on numerous occasions that I dont have an accent. Many people have confused me as being a Londoner. People are very surprised to know that I was born, bred, raised and always lived in "oooo arrrrr land". (Country bumpkin).

                    Look at us all hanging out in here - we're very keen! If not careful we'll have nothing to say on Sunday - though Jane has assured me she'll talk loads to fill awkward silences LOL

                        I was thinking the same just a second ago Alexa. But best to get all the banter in now, as we all know on Sunday it will just be Jane and me doing all the talking, what with you and Emma being so shy! lol

                            I wonder if a ban on diet talk will actually work, as thats the biggest common denominator that we have.
