They now give her a few days to a week at max to live. There is nothing they can do and the blockage is inoperable and syringing the waste out is not working. They cant operate and the chemo has failed, she is now on extra heavy meds via IV and has not eaten real food in now 4 weeks. I saw her photo from my other sister who went to see her and I broke down in tears, I cant believe what I saw in that pic, it is heartbraking. I am so sad and we still are unable to reach her husband, he does not even know his wife is dying. I have called the police several times to go to his house. No answer.

There is nothing I can say that would make things better for you and your family, so I just want to send you some cyberhugs and prayers to help you all get through this time of trouble and let you know I am thinking of you.
Stay strong and try to plan your eating to help you get through this trauma - you need to look after yourself as well as your family members.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

thanks hon, I cant eat, since my post yesterday she has taken a very negative turn for the worst and is now completly out of it and they dont expect her to make the night or tomorrow. I am in such a state of shock and confusion I cant even think clearlyOriginally posted by ElizellenHi pipsqueak

I am mortified and disgusted at this man's attitude. We have to TAKE him to court to make him legally responsible for her burial, what a horrible creature he is. She has deteriorated even more in the past 24 hours, slipping in and out of drugged mode, talking and making sense, then slipping off again. Her pics I have seen is like unbelievable, how can someone deteriorate in 24 hours so badly? She is still holding on, still telling mommy she will walk out of there and will beat the cancer and that she is not dying that she is just a little sick. Poor thing she has not clue what is happening to her. I cried so much this morning and got so angry and broke some plates out of anger, I have no one here to talk to and so I am basically all alone dealing with this horror

Thanks very much, I didnt expect such an overwhelming response. This is truly comforting. Sorry about the loss of your parents. Isnt it the worst most cruel disease? How could something so viscious not be found a cure for? Look at whta becomes of ourloved ones. I never knew a cancer patient in real so I never saw this until now. It is dreadful to see one deteriorate so quickly. She is 65 lbs at this time.Originally posted by SandyL2002

I know you don't want to hear this..but the ONLY way I got through my dad's death (5 years ago) was because I knew he wasn't hurting anymore.. A miracle can always happen...but... When I get to feeling bad that he didn't survive.. I thought..What kind of life would he have had for a few years.. In and out of treatment.. My dad knew he had Cancer for 3 weeks before he died.. I am so thankful he isn't sick anymore. Those 3 weeks were the hardest thing I have ever gone through...
