    Just popping in before I go off to the gym.

    My photos were mostly rubbish as I am not used to photographing things in motion, but I did manage to sort out a collage of us all in action. Note Rich's patented foot action!!

            I think it was Jane who travelled the furthest - had to get up at 6am or something mad, which isn't right on a Sunday - her devotion to ADBB is noted

              yep, Jane was the furthest!! we were both up at 6am, she left hers at 7.30 and got to mine at 8.30, but she did get lost lol
