    Re: I-Pod questions

Hmmm, I don't know. I know I have one book plus a hundred or so songs and haven't used a quarter of my 4 gigs.

Yeah...go with the nano! Playlists are very cool. It definitely shuffles. Slim and cute.
I have several hundred songs on mine and about three audiobooks too. Love it!

                Re: I-Pod questions

I have an iPod that I use in the Sports Club.

I have subscribed the free podcast called PODRUNNER.

Just use the iTunes search function.

                Then click on subscribe.

Podrunner is a free 60 minute workout music.
A new one is made every week. Imagine buying a new CD for the Sports Club every week. Well, this is free.

                I can recommend this, truly.
                Hayden.

Sure, let me write a step-by-step guide.

                    Start the iTunes software.

                    Go to the iTunes Store.

Look in the top right hand corner of the screen.
                    You'll see [Search iTunes Store]

                    Enter: PODRUNNER

                    You will get three hits.
The top one is the one you want.

It will say Name: PODRUNNER Artist: DJ Steve Boyett

Next the the Artist name is the Price.

The Price is listed as Free.
Do you also see the [Subscribe] button? Click the [Subscribe] button please.

                    Let the podcast download.

Now still using the iTunes software, go to the top left had corner of your screen.
Look for LIBRARY and under PODCASTS.
                    Click on PODCASTS, please.

                    Do you see PODRUNNER listed?

                    Yes? Perfect ! Let's continue.
No? It might still be downloading, give it a bit longer time, and try again later.

Now connect your iPod to your computer, if not done so already.
The iPod will sync, or force a sync by clicking the sync button.

When the iPod has sync'ed and the battery recharged, remove the iPod.

Switch the iPod on, and go to Main Menu on the iPod.

Select Music, >>then spin down to>> Podcasts>>then spin down to>>Podrunner.

                    Hit Play and enjoy.

If you connect your computer to the Internet, start the iTunes software, and connect and sync your iPod at least once a week, it will update with a fresh new Podrunner sports club music mix. A new podcast every week.

Imagine buying a new CD for the sports club every week !! This is the same, and free !!
                    Hayden.
