Basically for NJ residents you can sign up to get all of your electricity from a renewable source rather than from coal and other sources.

That's so cool. Today I actually learned that the electric company would refund you money if you used solar panels attached to their system and produced your own electricity...

i work at one of the big pharmas in NJ, and we have have an acre of solar panles on the campus that cuts our electric consumption by half. it's very cool (er, or hot, i should say) and has been featured in a couple of articles, papers, magazines, etc. as being one of the first "green" corporations in the state.

DH and i are looking into installing solar panels on the back roof side of our house.
