                    Ive really been lapsing lately on this WOL, i know i need to get my head in gear - i think using my personal life as an excuse just isnt good enough,

                    so i'm gonna pledge some stuffs in public (here) for all to see, and i will report in every morning to state what i have done

                    exercise at least every other day
                    lay off the top two rungs of OWL
                    shrink drinking to one day a week
                    lay off the scales

                    and tonight i need to - lol

                    clean the kitchen
                    clear out my closet and get rid of large clothes
                    i spose i should clean the bathroom too

                    k, ive said it now so ive gotta do it!
