        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                  nah it wasnt that interesting, i chatted to myself for about 20 mins, pretty lame really, lol...

                  I'm really bored!! and as its my first day with no boss, i'm refusing to do a single ounce of work (more than what ive done already)
