I feel completely exhausted today. I don't know why. I usually feel better after my morning work out but today I just want to go home and back to bed...
do you think this is part of the induction flu?

I would think so, i took me about 5 days to feel energetic again, hang in there, you'll be hopping around like a bunny in no time.
