Ok, ladies and erm, ladies (as there werent that many blokes posting)

I trust you liked my attempt at kick starting the chit chat section into a fun playground again today. I will continue to keep going from now on in.......

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
