    Re: Biggest Loser

I agree...I couldn't believe that they didn't send Neil home. I mean, everyone was SOOOOOOOOO ticked that he water-loaded, yet those other people didn't have the guts to send him home? That's just a dirty way to play the game.

And holy crud, Jez MOVED to California to continue losing weight. What my bf and I wonder is did the producers have something to do with the voting last night? Perhaps by keeping Neil on, they have better ratings? And perhaps they helped to pay for Jez's move to CA? The plot thickens...

        Re: Biggest Loser

As far as Amy was involved, I didn't blame her for changing trainers. Even though Kim wanted the team to vote her out last week "for the good of the team", it didn't sit right with me. That vote should have came from the team, not the trainer (who, in my own opinion is just worried about how she looks in the end). There were bad feelings there, too bad she didn't show a loss this week. And these thoughts aren't coming just because I just really like Amy, I am still ticked off as to how she got Lezlie voted out in the beginning tricking her into thinking she was siding by her as women.

I was upset that they sent Jez home and not Neil he should have went. Amy is being stupid..I couldn't believe at the end she was wondering why she didn't lose weight when she was shoving all those cookies down her throat..

That was strange that the trainers weren't there for weigh in....

I still can't belive Neil gained 17lbs in drinking water...something doesn't seem right to me

              Re: Biggest Loser

Well, he could have had 2 gallons of water. That would be about 17 pounds. And if he's dehydrated (say, from a last chance workout), his body is going to "soak up" the water first before it needs to evacuate it. So he probably drank the water and weighed in within the same hour.

I know that if I've had a lot of water (like 64 oz in a short while) I'll "gain" as much as 5 pounds, depending on what I've eaten.

Yes, you are right, David did go home. I think the crying was just emotinal because everyone voted with a heavy heart. I was really hoping Neil would go home last night but it just wasn't in the cards. You notice no one was happy or wow when Neil dropped 33 lbs. this week.

I am wanting Amy to go.. I am really sick and tired of her whinny attitude... I want her to succeed but she has got to want it.. If I was playing this game I would look out for ME only... I haven't decided who I want to win this year though.. Does anyone know when the season ends?

I was so glad to see Amy go last night...as you see in my post above she got on my nerves....but on the second hand I am SO PROUD of her. She looks wonderful! I am so proud that she has continued to focus on herself. She is looking good. I bet she will be awesome when she comes back for final weigh in!

I, too, was happy with the outcome and Amy's leaving. "I feel like I have been stabbed in the back", geez what did she think she did to Lezley when she made a pact as women and then voted her out. She did look well at the end. I think she lost a total of 100 lbs..

I was glad that Amy went as well ........and ultimately I think it was good for her she found her resolve and learned she could do it on her own ......... 100 lbs! I think thats awesome.

I wasn't sure how I felt about the whole going home for a day thing ......... Honestly if it was me I don't think I could leave my family for that long period but if I did going home wouldn't be an option for me. I couldn't go home to my children and then in 24 hours leave them again ....... I just couldn't. It would be another all or nothing thing for me. Anyways just a thought on that subject.

I will always watch rigged or not and no matter who stays or goes because the whole loss and transformations are just totally inspiring to me. They can't fake that no matter how they influence things for ratings.

Oh and one more thing I ahve two of the biggest loser work out tapes and they are awesome! I personally love the 2nd one more then the first but Lordy the work out is awesome and even hubby has joined me it's been great and they are not expensive just 9.99 each at Kmart.

Really, I bought the first one, did it once, and never pulled it out again. I thought the background music was awful...they played the same little tune over and over. Does the second one have better music?
