Not many, I have a tendancy to shy away from big crowds. All my concerts were with dates who really really wanted to see them.

I guess I really don't count either. I've been singing with a country band for 28+ years and have done hundreds, if not thousands of gigs. However, our band plays at Billy Bob's (http://www.billybobstexas.com/history.htm) pretty regularly and we always open for the big acts. DH was in the house band there back in the 80's, so some of the acts we've seen include:

As you can tell, I LOVE country music and it's been a very important part of my life.

I bit like Grant, I don't like to do big crowds too much.
A smallest bit of Anhedonia, perhaps. Sometimes. Maybe.

I been to three concerts.

Radio-head in Tokyo.
Van Halen in Birmingham.
Simple Minds in Birmingham.

The story behind the Simple Minds, concert is mildly amusing.

At the time, I fancied this girl, whom adored Simple Minds. To be honest, I couldn't stand Simple Minds. Any way.
I was not a fan of Simple Minds at all, except I quite liked the chorus line of their song "Don't You Forget About Me".

So trying to impress this girl, I bought tickets to see Simple Minds together.
The two tickets cost £30. Then she wanted a concert program. That was another £20, then she saw a T-shirt that she liked which was £25. Then I wanted a beer. £4. WTF.

I sat through the concert with her, trying to hide the fact that their singing was giving me a blinding headache. My face muscles were aching and hurting from so much false smiling at my date, whom was loving the concert.

So, so-far we're at £30+£20+£25+£4, and the one bit of salvation is that I quite like the chorus line of "Don't You Forget About Me".

Finally we get there.
Jim Kerr, the lead singer, starts singing "Don't You Forget About Me". He gets to the chorus line, and then holds the microphone out toward the audience, and shouts "You sing!"

"*$%&#*"

There's a moral in that story somewhere.

I've been to a lot. I lived in Detroit and friends and I went to concerts at lest once a month, and saw live music practically every weekend. I'm sure I've forgotten more than I've remembered. To name a few:

Oh my...I don't like crowds. I have drug myself to some gigs though.

What an odd bunch! lol...My husband has been to cool ones, like 1st Lalapolozza, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Pantera (cowboys from **** album!)......of course I missed all those!
