I'd try not to let him breath on me or spit on me when he was talking then I'd do whatever I could to get away from him and sit somewhere else.

This thread reminds me of a joke...
A drunken man gets on the bus late one night, staggers up the aisle, and sits next to an elderly woman.
She looks the man up and down and says, " I've got news for you, you're going straight to ****!"
