I seriously cant believe no one has replied to this! Are there no pirates left in this world except me? Seriously?

A good Pirate ship -- that is one that gets a good regular careening and is not encrusted with barnacles like my ship is -- can get at least fifty - sixty nautical miles to the keg of rum. UNder full sail ,and with a sober crew ,she will do this at a sprightly rate of about 35 knots. Of course if the cook has poisoned the stew( atkins friendly of course) and the entire crew is yodeling over the stern ,she drops back to a rather sluggish 10 knots.
If you have any other pirate questions Rich I will be glad to answer them for you
