It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

My best friend is my inspiration, she's been thru **** and back and is still the most fun loving, happy go lucky person i have ever met.
she makes me want to strive to be a happier more stable person, which i guess is why she inspires me lol.
