I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

slow drivers and especially ones that are driving in the FAST lane....GTH out of my way......
Escalators with people standing on them blocking those of us about to miss our flight....GTH out of my way......
People who stop to talk to the person they have not seen in 2 yrs in the grocery store and they block the isle with both their shopping carts pointed at an angle.......GTH out of my way, if you cared so much about them, you would have called at least one in the past 2 years.......
People in line who need a "price check" because they were too stupid to check if the item was labled before putting in the cart......then it's soooo important that they get that one item, that the rest of us have to wait 15 minutes to have the price looked up....GTH out of my way, do you really need that box of twinkies?????Comment

People that let their annoying kids take their time ordering from the drive through window. Drive throughs should be like the express lane- 3 items or less. All i want is a cup of coffee and i have to wait while you pick out your dozen donuts. Go in!!!!!!!!!!!!Restart weight 8/07=214

My dog. It sounds strange but she's so loving that she follows you around all morning while you're trying to get ready. She gets in the way.

You've trained them that as soon as they poop the walk is over so they hold out as long as they can. Walking actually stimulates the feeling of needing to go for dogs..
The way to retrain them is to take them for a walk and when they do their business.. Stop and pat them on the head and say Good poop... Praise them for doing what they need to do. Then don't abruptly end the walk.. Soon they won't be so paranoid about the walk ending after they go.. Do this for about two weeks.
The next step is to take them to where you want them to poop... pat their head and say "good poop..." Then just stand there... Don't walk any further.. They will be confused but eventually nature will call and they will poop. Once again praise them for a job well done and THEN take them for their walk. Keep doing this... eventually they will learn that they are to poop at the beginning of the walk instead of the end..
And then you, my dear, will be in charge of the length of the walk and not them. They will have to poop in order to get any walk at all.
Basically you make the walk the reward for pooping rather than the end of the walk the punishment for pooping..
