    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            Italy....my 1st destination after I graduate from college, and get a job, and save some money, and buy new car, and pay off my student loans, and buy new clothes, and....
