It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I just got back from my walk, its cold outside, so I have on my navy blue sweat pants and sweat shirt. I'll probably wear my jeans/grey t-shirt after my shower!
