I think the Atkins House would be best, like big brother, and you had to stay til you got to goal, personal trainer each!

this was mentioned in a challenge thread so not my idea but the best one for sure!

Gender swap. Men get to be women and women get to be men. They get top makeup people to redesign each contestant and then they turn them loose to see how they cope for a week as the opposite sex.

Of course they'll have to complete tasks as their reassigned gender and the one who is the most successful wins!

Mine would be where average golfers such as myself get to play for huge cash prizes like the pros do.
I bet you would see some golfers pass out cold. Trying to sink that putt for a 200,000. I would pass out for sure.

I've always been interested in people's answers to the question "What would you do if you only had one week to live", so my show is called "One week to live" a show where people are given an unlimited budget and are followed around to see what they would do in their last days.

Problem is you'd either have to just have a healthy person try to act like its their last week, which could still be interesting but they probably wouldn't really do all the stuff they'd do if it were for real. Or you would have to find someone who really is sick, which is just gruesome, though it would certainly be more dramatic. Or you'd have to trick someone into thinking they were dying, which is just cruel.

So I'm not sure exactly how it would work.

I'm with the Atkins House! Would be so great to have this WOE publicised that way. All medical results would be terrific for sure and there'd be many converts!
