Does anybody out there do surveys?

I just recently started doing surveys and I'm wonder if anybody else is? I know I won't get rich but it's still so much fun. What do you guys think? If you are please don't mention any sites because I don't know if that's OK.

Keeps from getting bored and thinking about food, well unless the surveys about food.

yep i do! i get points for each one i do and i usually exchange my points for vouchers around xmas time......

I was just joking. Actually, I don't participate much.....I'm a firm believer that you can't get something for nothing...and my time has to be worth something, right!!???
We did go on a time-share weekend once......HUGE MISTAKE. Those folks never throw your phone number away, and they sell it to every one they know. I would lie about my phone number if I ever did that again. Or give them the number of the Dunkin Donuts in town.

I participate in surveys online. Rich, if you want to get involved pm me your email and I'll send you an invite from the one I belong to--I get points for "active" participators.

I recently got sent a free jumbo pack of Pampers brand diapers to try out on my baby. All they wanted in return was my opinion.

They've also sent me two full sized bottled of brand name shampoo to try and just asked for my thoughts on it.

You get points for filling out surveys they send you. The more you do, the more points you get. The more points you get, the better the prize you get. I just redeemed points at a different site and got a $10 gift card from WalMart which I promptly took to the store to buy a new scale---lol.

I'll send you an invite too hoping! Just pm me your email. It's fun and simple to do and most of the surveys only take a few minutes to complete. The painful part is waiting for them to send you one--lol. It's addicting.

There are all kinds of surveys. I watched some commercials and gave my input. Last we I tried face cream that was great I tried it for 5 days and they sent me 10 bucks. Something for almost nothing. That was a bit of a fluke though, since I haven't been doing it long I don't know how often offers like that come around.

I joined a free 'secret shopper' site that is very cool, i've been reimbursed for 2 oil changes worth 19.99 and got $10 back on petsmart purchases, after i shop there they have me fill out a short survey then they send a check to reimburse whatever the $$ is for that 'secret shop'. stores hire them to find out what kind of customer service they're providing.

I have a friend who has kids that does surveys, she gets all sorts of free products like cookies, juiceboxes etc...works out very well for her.

I read about some that say they pay actual money (via PayPal) for doing surveys. Always thought they were scams. Does anyone know if they're ok to try? Could be cool for those "what shall I do now?" moments (ha ha... about two minutes out of my days!!!)
