It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

You probably want the "G" rated version, don't you?
Ok, that would be getting to work early enough that I have time to read the newspaper and have a little time to relax before the day starts. Weekends it's staying in bed just a little later and not having to listen to the alarm blaring at me.

well, since Atkins, I've no longer the need for an alarm clock, that in itself is awesome. No jarring awakenings now. I get up at least 2 hours before work naturally! Then the coffee. (it's really got a hold on me). YUM COFFEEEEEEE *drool ...30/F/5'6"
