    You make the world a beautiful place because....?

    Question is in the title.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I make the world a beautiful place because I like to twirl around on hill tops singing the hills are alive.
      By doing that I make the air happy and then everyone breaths it and it makes them happy... and then everyone becomes shinning happy people holding hands.
      And therefore the world becomes beautiful.

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

        Oh and also because I don't let my kids litter and I make them behave in public so that they set a good example to everyone else. Therefore they make it beautiful and help make outtings for us and everyone else enjoyable too. hehehe

          I am in constant search of a smile. I coax them out of people daily, strangers and the like. I can't help but try. Some call me a cut up, but it's the smiles and laughter I get that makes my world beautiful and hopefully everyone elses.
