    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          I put a computer desk together a while back. It looked like a hundred different screws and bolts and little pieces in there so I definitely read the instruction book.

            I never read instructions, its a man thing like asking for directions. I am sure my man thinking has cost me thousands.
