It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I know, that colour co-ordination is important for women. Shoes and handbag the same colour, that sort of thing. ( I just have to make sure both my shoes are the same colour before I get in my car in the morning).
Do we think Rich bottle cap is the same colour as his underpants? Therefore the bottle cap colour is ......
