    Have you got the 'Gift of the Gab' or do your conversations dry up?

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        mentally altered or in a really really good mood, you can't shut me up. bored and tired or in a so-so mood, very quiet, shy upon meeting for the first time too.

            At work I gab and gab and gab. With friends I gab and gab and gab. In a social setting where I'm around new people I gab a little less, unless they start talking about real estate them I'm back to my usual gabby self.

                  Definitely not shy. Love the small talk at parties and meeting new people (leftover sorority days trait). Actually more quiet around people I know well. Weird!

                    I can go either way.
                    Depends on my mood I guess. Over all I'm more awkward and shy until I get to know you... Even then I'm a little quiet. But give me a few drinks and you can't shut me up.
                    I've always been pretty shy with guys though, I just calm up... but thanks to the business I'm in I'm learning to get over that!!

                    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
