Imagine, someone is getting paid to come up with that rubbish!
            I don't believe it.
love is what drives people together and my darling short daughter is dating a fabulous, somewhat short man who is very intelligent and wonderful! Her smallness is adorable and she's full of life and creativity as a dancer and choreographer and generally makes the world a better place just being here. I think things like that promote prejudice and should be ignored.

hmmmm...very interesting. But, we won't be here, nor our children, or our children's children. But, I kinda agree with hopejoy..wanting to love and be loved drives our basic nature.

No, entirely plausible that in a few thousand years "selective breeding" driven by social factors should produce two distinct populations that retain the capacity to interbreed, but never do. The longer they remain distinct, the more they would diverge. How long it would take for the two populations to loose the capacity to cross breed, I don't know. I am not a geneticist.

That sounds like a story you'd read in the enquirer--lol. It's funny how they don't mention our current heath crisis where most of the planet is either overweight or obese. It seems all us people simply vanish because the superior race of the future is slim.......

Yes, and those who succeed will control both their diet and their lifestyle.

                        The future is slim.

You notice though that they don't mention how all of a sudden the "master race" got that way?? Now when they figure that out, I'll start worrying!!!

"orandum est ut sit mens sana in corpore sano"
"You should pray for a healthy mind in a healthy body".

                            But often shortened

                            "Mens sana in corpore sano"
"A healthy mind (in) a healthy body"

Ha! Of course we all know the "mens sana in...", but I had never heard the "orandum est ut..." before it. Puts a very different slant on the rest of the quote! I wish I had so I could have fired that back to the coaches who loved to tout out the shortened version as they tortured us with windsprints.

                              Roman cavalry's imperial standard. Nice.
