Ok, let's play a game. Let's pretend that you can make up you're own diet, and no matter how bad the food may be in real life, on your fictious diet plan, you lose tons and tons of weight with virtually no effort, while eating your favorite food. What would your diet plan consist of?

Re: Create a Diet
I'll go first (since no one else seems to be around)
My diet would be as follows:
Unlimited amounts of sushi and rice. You could eat literally truckloads of rice and sushi and lose no less than 5 pounds per week. Also, anything battered and fried is also legal. Chocolate is not only legal, but has a minimum daily requirement.
As much alcohol as you like. Beer, wine, hard liquor. Anything you like. Milkshakes and ice cream are always OK.
No exercise required.

Re: Create a Diet
I'd have a mexican food diet with buckets of tea compulsary
(i know they really don't go!).
I would exercise though to stop myself from being insane

Re: Create a Diet
Good point. Exercise for sanity is a good thing. I'm so much healthier mentally when I exercise. When I don't exercise my other personality's show their ugly faces. lolOriginally posted by *Alexa*I'd have a mexican food diet with buckets of tea compulsary

Re: Create a Diet
I'd eat Honey Bunches of Oats, Honey Combs, Honey Oh's, honey buns (I think you get the point) by the truckload if I could.

Re: Create a Diet
This reminds me of that movie Defending Your Life with Albert Brooks and Meryl Streep where the guy dies in a car accident and goes up to pergatory and he finds out that he can have as much food as he wants and he will never gain a pound--so he goes to a resuraunt where they bring him a giant bowl of pasta and then they bring out all those pies!!! I want to live there--lol.
My fantasy diet would have to include pizza--as much as you want in a day, Chocolate is mandatory, Sandwiches--any type on REALLY good bread, Muffins, Cake, Flaky Pies and Cookies are all acceptable. You are never allowed to eat imitation sugar--only the real deal. Coffee---fully caffinated please! Fried foods are not only allowed but are encouraged. Juice and soda are all legal. All fast foods are permitted, the faster the better! lol.

Re: Create a Diet
Mine would have to be an Eat Out Diet! You have to eat out for every meal. No cooking at home. It doesn't matter what you eat...(fried is better though) and you must have dessert after dinner, lunch too if possible! Oh that sounds soooo good!sigpic~Starr~

I love this one. Food tastes so much better when you don't have to cook it yourself!Originally posted by ShiningStarrMine would have to be an Eat Out Diet! You have to eat out for every meal. I think that the only way to make this diet more perfect would be to rent a limo for the duration of it! Drive from restaurant to diner to coffee house. Round and round we go......

Re: Create a Diet
Kraft Dinner would definately be a main food source, along with phad thai, sushi, french crusty baguettes and for deserts buttertarts and nanaimo bars.
funny how many of us miss sushi...i've had it a couple of times on maintenance with brown rice (just one or two rolls...) and it was worth it!Jen, 39, F

Re: Create a Diet
It would have to be little mini pizza appetizers, followed by a main course 18" pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and black olives. Then a dessert pizza with caramel, chocolate and chocolate sauce. Good lord! I need a stomach pump just thinking about all of this.
