          That would be me... It's the credo by which i live.. It brings peace, serenity and reasonableness.. It puts all things in perspective.. The entire quote from Robert Fulgum is...

          Know the difference between an inconvenience and a problem. After all a lump in the oatmeal, a lump in the throat and a lump in the breast are not the same thing.

            This is another long time favorite..

            From Tennyson's Ulysses..
            Though much is taken, much abides; and though
            We are not now that strength which in old days
            Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we
            are;
            One equal temper of heroic hearts,
            Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
            To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

                I LOVE quotes lol. As you will see for getting motivation for weight loss and keeping steady in doing this -- Tony Robbins to me has some great WHAM quotes where you are like YES!

                ```
                Using the power of decision gives you the capacity to get past any excuse to change any and every part of your life in an instant.
                Tony Robbins
                The path to success is to take massive, determined action.
                Tony Robbins
                There's no abiding success without commitment.
                Tony Robbins
                All glory comes from daring to begin. - Eugene F. Ware
                No pressure, no diamonds. - Mary Case
                I don't wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has to get down to work. - Pearl S. Buck
                One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter." - Lewis Carroll
                A real decision is measured by the fact that you've taken a new action. If there's no action, you haven't truly decided.
                Tony Robbins
                We can change our lives. We can do, have, and be exactly what we wish.
                Tony Robbins
                You always succeed in producing a result.
                Tony Robbins
                How am I going to live today in order to create the tomorrow I'm committed to?
                Tony Robbins
                If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten.
                Tony Robbins
                People are not lazy. They simply have impotent goals - that is, goals that do not inspire them.
                      It is impossible for a person to be doing what they ought to be doing unless they are doing what they ought to be doing. However, it is entirely possible for that same person to not be doing what they ought not to be doing because by not doing what they ought not to be doing, they are either doing what they ought to be doing or doing nothing at all.
