1. I knocked a boy unconscious in high school. This is true. My friend in high school snuck up behind me and pinched my sides. I didn't realize it was him and before I even looked to see who it was, I wound my purse strap around my hand and bashed the offender in the gut with my purse. He was knocked out cold. The ambulance had to take him away. After he came home from the hospital I went to his house to bring him cookies and apologize, and his mom said "oooohh...so you're the girl that knocked out my son. Did he deserve it?!?!" I was petrified. lol
2. I crashed my car into my mothers house one night when I was trying to sneak in after curfew. Also true. Coming home late one night, pulling into the driveway, I turned off my headlights so the light shining into the house wouldn't wake up mom. Well slamming into the side of the house with my car did wake her up. Luckily my car just had a few scratches and the house is brick and some of the car paint rubbed off, but no major damage was done. I did get my car taken away for a long time though. I was 17.
3. Once I spilled an entire gallon of paint on my mothers brand new living room carpet and sofa. Also true. Mom was getting ready to repaint the hallway and stairwell. She left the paint can sitting on the floor in the living room with all of the other paint supplies, including the drop cloth that hadn't been laid out yet. My sister and I were watching TV, and the phone started ringing. We always fought over answering the phone. Well I tried to beat her to the telephone and knocked over the paint , and paint sprayed everywhere. Mom had the carpeting ripped up and had to have the sofa reappholstered. I really believe she wanted to kill me that time. 4. The first and last time I went snow skiing I broke my right arm and leg. False. I've never been skiing.
5. When I was 4 I found the button for the silent burglar alarm at my parents house, and I pushed the button so many times that 8 police cars showed up at our house and they policemen had their weapons drawn. True. Mom and Dad were remodeling the basement and I was left on the main floor of the house to entertain myself. I went into my parents room and found this button on the floor beside the headbord. I figured the button must make the bed go up and down. My mom heard someone on a loud speaker saying something along the lines of "come out with your hands up" so she looked out the window to see what was going on outside, thinking there was trouble at the neighbors. She was shocked to see our house completely surrounded by police with their weapons drawn. My mom went to the door, with her hands up, and the officer said, "ma'am, are you OK?" and she said....."uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....yessss", She let the officer in to "check things out" and when he was finished checking and realized nothing scary or awful was happening, he told her that someone had pressed the silent alarm button 30 + times, and that he half expected to come to our house and find the whole family murdered or something. She went looking for me (I was still entertaining myself in moms room) and I was still pressing that dang button. After the initial shock and horror of the situation wore off, my parents had a good laugh about it.
Sally, Hayden & Jane were correct. Am I that transparent? lmao

3. I have raced dolphins (and won)
4. I used to run "underground" casinos for high rollers
5. I once found a gold coin worth over 1400$
Hmmmm... a toughie. But can a person win swimming, against a dolphin???? It has to be fake. I'm going for that one, in spite of feeling it's too incredible to have been invented...
