  • Liar, Liar, Liar

    A new game.

Liar, Liar who's tell a lie, yet convince us it's the truth.

Each member can post 5 things that they've done in their life, 5 events, achievements, things you're proud of.
Except one item, is a lie.
(all the other 4 items must be true)

We then have to guess, which one is the lie.

    Rules
    • We can ask you questions about your 5 events, and if when we ask you questions about the lie, you are allowed to lie in your answer.
    • To win, when you've guessed or worked out the which one is the lie, post a statement, and say, "I think, such-and-such is the lie", if that person HAS guessed correctly, then you have to tell the truth.
    • If guessed incorrectly, then you can continue the game.
The more outrageous the 5 items the better !!

    So, for example:

    Hayden.

    I live in Japan.
    I have light brown hair.
    I'm British.
    I'm 34 years old.
    I don't have any tattoos.

Okay, they're not very outrageous, but just for examples they'll do.

    Which one is the lie?

Humm, well looking at my Member profile page,
it says that my Birthday is 4th December 1974, which makes me to be 32 not 34.

Hayden, "I think, "I'm 34 years old." is the lie.

Dang! Yes, you caught me out.

    Can you tell a lie?
    Hayden.

    My starters for five.
Which of the below is a big porky pie? Lie.

I've seen a real life penguin.
I once did a bungee jump wearing a Superman outfit.
    I've written a book.
I can speak English, Bad English and Japanese.
I once, when drunk, augured with my own reflection, in a mirror.

Just to be different. I first thought the penguin one but then I think he could have seen a penguin in a zoo or aquarium.

                      Re: Liar, Liar, Liar

Emma, Sally and Jane, are correct.

That was an easy one, because as Rich pointed out, some of those I've talked before.

I have never done a bungee jump.

I did however see a novelty child's size Superman outfit in a store recently. The label had the unique warning label written in English "Wearing of this outfit, does not allow your child to fly".

My book, is a Japanese study book, if you want a copy, signed or otherwise, I'll happy send you a copy.

The local petting zoo, here in OTA-KU, TOKYO where I live, has just had some penguins arrive. (They are kinda cute, and funny).

Other than the superman bungee jump, all the other are totally correct.
                      Hayden.

                            Following my example.

Do you have four truths and a lie?
