Saw this thread on another non-diet board thought it was funny.

The worst gift I ever got was a catfish skinning board for those time I feel that I have to first touch a catfish and second for when I actually feel like peeling its skin off. (too bad there is not an emoticon for throwing up)

A pair of shoes - soooooooooooo ugly I had to bite my cheek to keep from laughing at them. And several sizes too small too!

I got a super pretty burgandy wool sweater......... that made me itch like crazy. I was in the 9th grade and I had to have my mom bring me another shirt to school. YUK...I hate wool to this day!!

oooo we had this thread a couple of years ago on here and I won! LOL. It was my 7' tall wrought iron birdcage that i received...still have the pic. what really makes it is the fake love birds and gold flowers. It was from my MIL so i still have it in our sunroom:

Because dh'a aunt is a nut??? Seriously 1 year I had a special necklace made for her. She swore she didn't open it or find it. Dh and mil both saw her put it in her pocket. She refused to look in her pocket and got really defensive. Nuts!

You know, I was always taught to give from the heart and thought, but make the gift one that someone will use....So what do you do with a used candle that was obviously used w/melt and wick shortened you get from a gift exchange that has a price limit of $20 and you happily buy a $20 gift card from the Olive Garden...at an office party? Talk about feeling scooged.....

The candle? It was sent to the thrift store and reminder to just let it go came to my mind often....
