I live in an area where finding low-carb items is almost impossible. Does anyone know of a good low-carb online store with decent shipping (because I want a regular store)? I visited the health food store today for almond flour and they don't have it (discontinued it 3 months ago). The worse part is that it's 30 minutes from my house so I was not happy. My last resort is online shopping (which I should be happy because that's how I do all my other shopping). 
I guess I just like the convenience (when it comes to food) to be able to go to the store and buy it if I'm out, instead of having to wait for it to arrive at my door!!
