Hi ya'll well it's been a hectic coupla days. Here is an update:
My brother and 2 others were thrown from a car in a roll over accident. My brother suffered 3 breaks in 1 leg but other than that will heal just fine. One of the boys walked away from the accident with scratches and bruises but the other severed his spinal cord and will be paralyzed from his waist down for the rest of his life! The family of the paralyzed boy could use all the prayers available to get through this hard time.

Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
