My birthday was Atkins friendly. (I had a lobster dinner)
Unfortunately, I held my Office Christmas party last night.
I also have another Christmas party for people connected with my book, tomorrow night.
I'm currently in between parties. (Friday)
Currently, I have sugar in my veins.
Also a massive rebound. 4kg this morning. That's 8lb's I think.
Within a single day.
Plus, tomorrow is going to be rowdy boys, and rowdy girls, drinky drinky session.
My weight ticker itself, right now could be included in "Liar, Liar".
I've got to make a plan.
A plan for Sunday, when I wake up.
