  • 2008 New Year Resolutions

    2008 New Year Resolutions:
    • Eat more vegetables
    • Love myself more
    • Reach my goal weight by August 2008
    • Exercise a little bit each day (no matter how hard it may seem at first).
    I'm worth it!!

    02/14/08 195.5 lbs. Officially out of the OBESE category (SWEET)!!
    Goal 3: 195 02-15-08
    Goal 4: 180 lbs.

      *To exercise 3x's or more per week.
      *To develop more patience.
      *To join an exercise challenge each month.
      *To save more money and to not use credit cards.
      *To develop professionally.
      *To committ to this WOE!
