I have thought about this and of course as you all can imagine I have the "keep on my diet adn excercise thing" but what else do I have planned for my year ahead???? I do have a few goals ...........
1. To find a church and start attending. It has been almost 2 years since I have had a church home and I am missing it very much. This is probably my number one priority.
2. To make some decisions about my personnal life. Yes my marriage ....... I'm in limbo as to how to handle it but thats a biggie for me this year.
3. To make a decision about where I want to go with my nursing desires ......... am I fine with being an LNA or do I want more and if I do how can I do it and raise a family too? Is it possible for me? These are things I am thinking about ......
4. Really making the most of my photography business ........ I love that so much and when I am producing in that area I feel positive and happy yet getting a place to do it and finding a way to promote myself has been a real struggle. I am going to try and find some focus in that area this year.
5. OK so I said it didn't count but yes continueing my diet and excercise I would like to reach my goal weight and find a good doctor who can do my tummy tuck.
There thats it for me ............. some deep some not so deep but alot of soul searching included in these thoughts. Does anyone else have anything they would like to share?????
Mine is to get with it and stick to plan. I am pretty much the same weight I was last year at this time, so here is another year gone by that I pretty much stagnated. Could be worse, I could be twenty pounds up but this year I am gonna hit goal.
Kudos to you Richt if you can stick with the water bit, I know I could not do it. I am going to try to increase my water levels its just harder for me when the weather is cold out.
Im aiming to get healthier, by losing weight and exercising. Having some Me time and smile more when Im in a big queue waiting to pay for my shopping!
