I'm interested in getting some comments on how to help myself through a weekly, big, family food event. This event is big, fun, and, well, I'd almost have to leave to stop from participating. I don't want to do that and I am hoping to get some advice.
So, this isn't really Atkins related, per se. It's more pre-Atkins related as I plan to start Atkins after I receive and then read the book.
Thoughts? Comments? Angry complaints?
