It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Right now there's a light snow falling, only calling for 2cms, and it's cold but not bitter cold. it's exactly 0 right now actually.
We got alot of snow in December. Then last week the weather hit mid teens for a couple of days, and everything melted!
mid teens for here in January is very bizzarre (it broke alot of records)...definately a sign of global warming IMOJen, 39, F

In South East Florida- It is very sunny
, cool 68* and breezy. It has been a mild winter this year. Tomorrow will be the same, but on Thurs. it will be a high of 78*.

Right now it's 26 degrees, snowing more on top of the 6 inches of snow that we got in the past two days...not my favorite type of weather but really common where we live this time of year.45 ~ F
