Just watched this on British TV.

Tragic story of a very talented boy that is deeply humbling.

Alex is a very gifted musician with cystic fibrosis.

Interesting for me to watch - the Head of Music at Eton was an exact contemporary of me at university.

Ralf hasn't changed much, except his hair is white (like mine).

Alex conducts just like Ralf - funny how you remember such things after 40 years!

Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
he said, 'Don't count calories.'

Began Atkins March 04 at 260lb, reduced to 203lb by April 07 and maintained.
