That show makes me cry every week. I haven't watched it w/out crying in weeks. All of those guys are AMAZING. Truly an inspiration......

my husband and i watch every week!!! i love the show..but it is insane how much weight they continue to lose each week. like this past week..after everyone stuggling to lose a few lbs before, they all drop like 10-15 each?! especially ali...she is so tiny!!

I really want Ali to win. I think she's a genuinely nice person. I love the show but I wish they would show the past people and how they're doing. I think a lot of them don't keep it off so they don't want us to see that. When we do see people they pick a small few, who are doing well. I thin the young girls from this season won't keep it off. I don't like Mark but I think he has the best chance to stay thin.

A lot of them do keep it off. I think they go through a lot of education on te show. If you look in the archives over at www.livinlavidalowcarb.com jimmy has done a lot of interviews with past winners and non-winners.

Woo Hoo! Ali won! She looked amazingly fit! All the contestants lost a substantial amount of weight. Many of them lost an enormous amount of weight. Hopefully they keep on track and continue to exercise and keep the weight off. Way to go, Bernie! He won $100K. That's not pocket change. Ali, of course got the $250K grand prize and the title of the FIRST Female Biggest Loser.

I'm so glad that Ally won. I was not a big fan of Roger or any of the other guys besides Bernie.
