as it stands right now, things are shaping up with ernie's company. a VERY large company is looking at negotiating a plan to buy them and then ernie and his partners will actually work for them which is GOOD. this however is not something that happens overnight. it could even take a year. in the meantime, there is much interest in what they are doing, ernie is creating new and great stuff every day. this company can't go forward without him so.....as long as there is interest and FUNDING we are good to go.
he really hates to drop out of the company since he has actually CREATED most of the work. it is like handing your baby off to the daycare i guess. all this "business business" is really hard for me to handle....after all i teach school and kids are my business and as long as there are kids, i have job security!
i SO MUCH APPRECIATE the support and care and concern from my friends here on the board....i believe in the power of prayer and i know whatever happens is for a reason....i internalize stress and the last month has been especially difficult for me because i am quite "type A" and i like having a plan. patience is not my forte....but i am learning...i saw on a movie one time (it was cute) that when you ask god for certain things (like patience) he does not just hand it to you...he gives you experiences and circumstances that MAKE you develop what you are asking for...i need to stop asking for patience
