LOL... Seriously, Tom... for the most part, age is a state of mind. Personally, I've never felt better, and I look a lot younger than my younger sister.

If you are below 40..then yes. 40 is old.
If you are 40 or older..well..duh. 40 is the new 30 and you're not old at all!

Happy Birthday on Thursday. I used to go by the numbers for my age, but now...I can truthfully say you are as old as you feel. I've never felt so good about myself, my life and my appearance. My body might be 40+
(celebrating another in a few weeks) but my mental state is that of a 12-13 year old 
(according to kids & hubby) so that's my age & I'm sticking to it so naaaaa!
